Returns & Exchanges

At Cognative MTB, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to get you back on the trails with the right equipment as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
